Perfect Teriyaki Sauce

This recipe was given to me by a cook at the historical Sheraton Moana Surfrider in Waikiki. It is so simple and tastes perfect.

Equal parts:

• soy sauce


• pineapple juice (or any fruit juice)


• Brown sugar

Then add fresh ginger and green onions.

For best results, marinate for a full day.
